We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support both inbound and outbound operations at our new Ashland, VA fulfillment center. This is a hands‑on, active role where you’ll work with modern automation, scan and handle products, and be part of a tight‑knit team that keeps things moving smoothly from receiving to shipping. This isn’t a chaotic, mile‑a‑day warehouse job. Our operation is highly automated, expectations are clear, and the pace is steady and sustainable. You’ll spend most of your time at a workstation while robotics and conveyor systems bring inventory to you. Depending on business needs, you’ll be trained and assigned to inbound or outbound work. Many team members cross‑train over time. Inbound (Receiving & Inventory)
Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming products from manufacturers Open cartons, decant products, and place inventory into designated bins Work with automated systems that store inventory using robotics Audit received goods for accuracy and quality Outbound (Order Fulfillment & Shipping)
Pick, sort, and prepare patient and provider orders for shipment Work at a picking station where robots deliver products to you Place picked items onto conveyor lines for packing and shipping Support packing, labeling, and palletizing as needed What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with time‑based goals Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities Warehouse experience is a strong plus, especially in inbound, outbound, or fulfillment environments Experience with companies like Amazon, Walmart, or pharmaceutical/medical distribution operations is highly valued Across both areas, you’ll also:
Use scanners and on‑screen systems to follow work instructions Assemble, secure, and move pallets and packages Meet productivity and accuracy standards while maintaining safety Pitch in on other warehouse tasks as assigned Schedule & Requirements
Ability to work a 4x10 schedule, including Sundays Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift Reliable transportation is required This role is 100% onsite (Location: 11079 Success St, Ste 200, Ashland, VA 23005) Growth & Opportunity
