How We Will Compensate You You have the power to determine your own income with our commission‑based compensation.3 In 2023, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359.4. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Responsibilities
Network within the community and be involved in community activities
Building relationships through referrals, networking, digital, and community involvement
Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage electronic and paper records efficiently.
Ability to assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in using digital tools for sales, prospecting, and client management.
Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and facilitate consultations effectively.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
Skilled with Microsoft Office
Compensation $86,000 - $121,000 yearly
