The Boeing Company’s Special Projects team is seeking an

Experienced Financial Analyst

to support the training systems program in

Hazelwood, MO .

The selected analyst will be responsible for developing Estimates at Completion (EACs), managing program budgets and funding logs for a portfolio of cost-plus contracts, and preparing and delivering monthly contractual deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis, the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and the ability to work in a secure environment.

Position Responsibilities

Support development of contractual budget baselines and track variances to those baselines

Analyze financial data to support leadership decision‑making and budget monitoring

Prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables (IMPDAR, CSDR, CAPs, etc.)

Work closely with Program Management (PM) to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance and provide recommendations to the PM

Manage site capital expenditures and perform labor rate analysis

Support month‑end and year‑end close activities and prepare financial presentations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related role

Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Currently holds a Top Secret clearance. Experience with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
