Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer interactions in Spanish/English.
Read and comprehend product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information one‑on‑one and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25–45 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays, and help make various tortillas and masa for the department.
Requirements
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
Effectively present information one‑on‑one and in small group situations.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25–45 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification (required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food).
Preferred Qualifications
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
