Job Overview
The Academic Advising and Success Center is an academic advisor to work with on‑campus and online students across a variety of academic disciplines. The advisor will also teach a first‑year seminar each fall semester.
Responsibilities
Advise 150–200 students on short‑term schedules and long‑term graduation plans.
Know and communicate academic requirements, policies, and procedures from the academic catalog.
Work closely faculty, staff, and administrators to support student success.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in any field is required.
Experience in higher education, teaching, and/or counseling is a plus.
Familiarity with student information systems and Microsoft Office programs is desired.
