The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests, staff, and visitors. This position plays a key role in incident prevention, crowd control, and enforcing park policies. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, approachable, and capable of handling fast-paced situations common in an indoor adventure park environment.
Shift:
Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. *And other days as requested.
Key Responsibilities Guest & Facility Safety
Monitor all guest areas, entrances, exits, and high-activity zones.
Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and ensure compliance with park rules.
Support staff with guest issues, conflicts, or escalations.
Assist in emergency response procedures including evacuations, first-aid situations, and incident containment.
Requirements
Prior security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality security experience preferred.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts appropriately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods in a busy entertainment environment.
Must be reliable and punctual, especially during weekends and holidays.
Ability to work required schedule: Saturday 2–9 PM, Sunday 2–9 PM, with additional holiday availability.
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for long stretches
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
