Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapistto provide structured psychotherapy to individuals and families through telehealth. This role involves conducting assessments, guiding clients through therapeutic conversations, addressing relational and emotional patterns, and supporting progress across ongoing sessions. The work is focused on direct client care, clear treatment planning, and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
Establish treatment goals and therapeutic direction
Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
Support clients through ongoing therapeutic work
Active Montana LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing clinical therapy services
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
2 weeks paid time off
