The Waterfront Rescue Mission (WRM) ishiring positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented associatesto join our team at the Waterfront Thrift Store in Foley AL! Cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accuratecheck out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems.Basic math skills, accuracy, and a sense of urgency are important. Cashiers aretasked with bagging their customers' orders and helping shoppers find items inthe store. Your outgoing personality will be a plus! Store hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Sunday.
This is a part-time position working up to 29 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Cash Handling - register operations to processtransactions and refunds. Ensure keying accuracy and accurate drawerreconciliation per Waterfront Rescue Mission (WRM) policy.
Customer Service - Follow customer service guidelinesper WRM policy.
Store Recovery - Recover store or area at end of shift.
Perform all reasonable job duties as assigned by StoreManagement.
