Coordinate Seamless Experiences
– Manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling with precision
Guide and Educate
– Provide informed recommendations on spa treatments and exclusive product lines
Maintain Flow and Function
– Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, anticipating client needs
Uphold Impeccable Standards
– Keep the spa environment clean, polished, and aligned with brand standards
Drive Retail Success
– Support skincare sales by sharing knowledge of our premium brands and enhancing at‑home regimens
Qualifications
A polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
Minimum
1 year of spa experience
preferred
Minimum
2 years in luxury retail or hospitality
strongly preferred
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
Knowledge of luxury skincare brands and services is a plus
