Role Overview System Technician – Customer Service & Contact Center Operations Regular / Permanent | Full time
Responsibilities
Build, test, and debug production precision optical metrology systems.
Perform daily production build, test, and debug activities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to release build and test methods for new products.
Identify and streamline manufacturing processes prior to production launch.
Manufacture, test, and install custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to specifications.
Interpret electrical schematics and production blueprints.
Provide equipment functionality and capability reports throughout production and test stages.
Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
Perform critical quality control checks and streamline analysis and reporting.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Vocational or Associate’s degree in a related technical field or 2 years equivalent hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to operate electrical equipment.
Strong soldering skills and cable‑assembly experience.
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, optical, or imaging systems.
Ability to follow work instructions for manufacture and test with high attention to detail.
Superior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong analytical capability and familiarity with statistical analysis tools and post‑processing data from measurements.
Flexibility with other tasks.
