A Day in the Life of a Groundskeeper As a Groundskeeper, you play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of our property. You will:
Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and functional.
Remove trash, debris, and obstacles from common areas including grounds, parking lots, roads, amenity spaces, breezeways, stairwells, and dumpsters.
Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, irrigation, painting, exterior repairs, and pool maintenance.
Operate equipment like edgers, blowers, power washers, compactors, and pool and spa systems.
Report and assist in correcting safety hazards in a timely manner.
Take pride in keeping the property looking its best!
Qualifications
Ability to work as scheduled and as needed, including weekends.
Able to safely operate electrical and gas-powered equipment (pool/spa pumps, edger, blower, etc.).
Are you a safety-minded, service-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills? We want to meet you!
Work Schedule This is a
full-time position , typically
40 hours or more per week , including some
weekend shifts .
