Position Seasonal CDL Driver – 26' Reefer Trucks & 53' Tractor‑Trailers
Employment Status: Seasonal
Season Duration: January 24 – February 14
Hourly Rate: $25/hour (Overtime available)

With distribution centers in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach, Falcon Farms services national wholesale and mass‑market customers with excellence, reliability, and efficiency.
As we approach our peak Valentine's season, we are seeking Seasonal CDL Drivers to support our transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate 26' refrigerated box trucks and 53' tractor‑trailers as assigned
Drive local and non‑local routes based on operational needs (no fixed schedule)
Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD driver logs
Load and unload shipments, including pallets and flower racks
Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication with supervisors and customers
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Be punctual, reliable, and able to follow detailed instructions
Requirements General
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
License
Valid CDL Class A (required for tractor‑trailer; also covers straight trucks)
License must be issued in the driver's state of residence
Temporary, instructional, or interim licenses are not accepted
Experience
3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience (per insurance requirements)
Minimum 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience preferred
Driving Record
No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault)
No Type A violations in the past 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, hit & run, etc.)
No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years
No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months
No license suspension or revocation within the past 2 years
Compliance
Must pass DOT physical, drug and alcohol screening
FMCSA Clearinghouse check required
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the driver may be required to:
Work both indoors and outdoors, during day and night shifts
Be exposed to varying temperatures
Lift, carry, push/pull, sit for extended periods, walk, kneel, and reach as necessary
