We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant- Senior to join our Nursing Recruitment Team. This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on‑site expectation as needed.
This role will specifically support recruitment for the Nursing Team and will be a full life‑cycle recruitment role which includes conducting thorough intake conversations with the hiring leader, designing and posting positions, sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants, consulting on candidate selection and completing offer processes. The Talent Acquisition Consultant in this role will apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure a compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities.
Key Relationships Reports to: Manager – Talent Acquisition Direct Reports: None Shift: Full-time day shift role working Monday‑Friday in a hybrid capacity with some on‑site expectation at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed. Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Adaptability, time management and problem‑solving skills.
Experience using various recruiting platforms and applications.
Deep functional expertise, skills and market knowledge in sourcing top talent.
Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform recommendations and experience reporting out to stakeholders.
Strong abilities to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long‑term, trusting relationships.
Compassion, empathy, professionalism and integrity.
Requires 5‑7 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
Requires detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
Requires expert knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Requires expertise and detailed knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies, process improvement initiatives, and measuring ROI.
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and an applicant tracking system.
