Job Description Provide legal counsel on labor, employment, and workplace safety matters to clients. Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related agreements and policies. Handle litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law. Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings. Develop and deliver training on workplace safety and employment compliance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide holistic legal solutions.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in the state of California. Strong knowledge of labor, employment, and workplace safety laws. Proven ability to handle legal research, drafting, and litigation tasks. Excellent communication and client management skills. Detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $250,000 and $325,000, depending on experience.
