Gunstock is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to ensure our meal service dishes are clean and ready to serve. You will clean and dry all dishes, glasses, and silverware and check that they are stocked properly throughout your shift. While on duty, you must ensure that the dish room is kept clean and that equipment is stored properly. You will also be responsible for sweeping and mopping floors in the kitchen area, removing trash. They will utilize manual cleaning methods as well as automated machinery to maintain Gunstock's standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Other requirements: The Dishwasher will be knowledgeable of and responsible for upholding Gunstock's standards for proper food handling and sanitation, as well as OSHA standards and MSDS guidelines. Must be able to remain in a stationary position and exert fast‑paced mobility for the entire shift. Must be able to frequently move items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally greater. Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers). Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work well independently.
