You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.In this role you will play a key role in:* Analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction* Collaborating with automotive manufacturers and suppliers to implement effective inventory management strategies and demand forecasting models* Supporting the implementation of digital supply chain solutions and tools to enhance visibility and decision-making* Identifying and resolving supply chain bottlenecks through data analysis and process improvement methodologies* Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations with manufacturing and logistics functions## YOUR PROFILE* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field* Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the automotive industry* Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics operations* Familiarity with supply chain management tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights* Only VIE eligible (Business France contract)* At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
