The

Program Manager

will be responsible formonitoring, tracking contract performance and compliance with contract deliverables. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate operational activities and determines methods for productivity improvement. Maintain relationships with government client, corporate management, designers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Negotiate pricing and services to complete assigned task orders. Oversee development of project schedule activities. Manage and/or coordinates project staffing and resources. Administer project procurement including invoicing, billing, contract modifications, and subcontracts. Responsible for maintaining a good working environment to include human relations, payroll, and ethics compliance. Comply with company-wide safety program, cultivates an active safety culture, and promotes quality in performance and customer service. Establish QA/QC procedures and conducts quality control inspections and assists in preconstruction efforts while preparing trade contracts and bid packages. Lead and attend project meetings, including progress, preconstruction, and design development. Develop and implement project execution plan. Develop and implement project work plans. Demonstrate commitment to a Safety First Environment through personal actions and mentoring project staff. Assist in troubleshooting, PM, and repair of facilities equipment to include, but not limited to:

HVAC Electrical/Power Generation Plumbing Fire Detection/Suppression

Provide weekly daily, weekly, and monthly status reports regarding performance and contract requirements. Log testing, results, and compliance information for all environmental and safety standards. ***This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.*** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have at least seven (7) years’ experience in building operations and management, five (5) years of which must be supervisory experience managing a program of this size and scope. Must have three (3) years’ experience in providing/managing Custodial Services for child care facilities. Must have working knowledge of all trades pertaining to facilities maintenance. Must possess ability to lead and manage multiple personality and trade types. Must be able to clearly communicate ideas. Must be able to receive constructive feedback and return with fresh/innovative ideas. Must have an active Top Secret SCI clearance. Must possess a current and valid U.S. Driver’s License.
