IT & E-Commerce Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT & E-Commerce Systems Administrator to manage our technology infrastructure and e-commerce platform operations. This role bridges traditional IT administration with modern e-commerce system management, requiring hands-on expertise in both domains. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day technical operations and serve as the liaison between internal teams and our external development partners.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Integration Management
Own and manage the Celigo integration between NetSuite ERP and Magento e-commerce platform (daily monitoring and troubleshooting required) Configure and maintain website back-end functions including shipping, payment processing, and order management Manage all website third-party extensions and ensure compatibility with platform updates Serve as primary technical liaison with Razoyo (our Magento development partner) for code maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements Administer Adobe/Magento account and platform configurations Monitor and address scam/counterfeit website takedowns to protect the Wilson Combat brand IT Infrastructure & Administration
Manage Google Workspace (GSuite) administration across the organization Administer Microsoft 365 accounts for Wilson Combat and Lehigh Defense Oversee Dell hardware relationships and equipment procurement Manage Google Cloud billing and website infrastructure Provide escalation support for IT issues that cannot be resolved by remote managed services provider (DaZZee) Handle specialized IT functions requiring on-site presence or proprietary system knowledge Vendor & Account Management
Own technical vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for IT and e-commerce service providers Coordinate with web team members on technical requirements for content updates and site functionality Collaborate with Finance/Accounting on payment processing and integration issues Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT administration, e-commerce operations, or similar technical role Working knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce platform administration Experience with ERP-to-e-commerce integrations (Celigo, middleware, or similar iPaaS platforms) Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration Familiarity with e-commerce marketing fundamentals (SEO, email marketing, conversion optimization) Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues across multiple systems Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite ERP Background in manufacturing, firearms, or consumer products industry Familiarity with payment gateway administration (CyberSource or similar) Knowledge of PCI compliance requirements Experience managing relationships with external development agencies Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, or web technologies (not a developer role, but helpful for vendor communication) What We Offer
