About the Role:
Hotel Management & Consulting seeks an experienced and dynamic Lead Guest Attendant to assist with unit operations in the absence of the General Manager and to support team development. The ideal candidate is an energetic team leader who can maintain and exceed our service standards. Benefits: Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 (dependent on experience) DailyPay Access: Flexible pay options Medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees Employee Assistance Program Career growth opportunities for dedicated employees Primary Duties: Train, coach, and lead staff; discuss performance and provide guidance; attend and lead staff huddles Financial: Post checks in PMS, complete weekly labor tracker, manage payment reports, postpaid outs and receipts Guest Relations: Monitor/follow up on feedback, suggest and sell amenities, ensure guest and property security Housekeeping: Assign cleaning tasks, assist GM in room inspections Inventory: Manage property email, vendors and maintain relationships Sales & Marketing: Assist with in‑house guest sales and marketing initiatives Teamwork: Provide housekeeping support, laundry and public space duties; cover shifts as needed Emergency Procedures: Follow and enforce property emergency protocols Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year hotel leadership experience, including front desk and back‑of‑house operations Proficient computer skills Strong team‑building skills Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities Effective oral and written communication Proactive problem‑solving mindset Physical Requirements: Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or apply this job description in any way the company desires.
