As a member of the Asset Protection team you will be accountable for all aspects of loss prevention as they relate to store and corporate objectives and will work productively with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure objectives are clearly communicated and executed.

Responsibilities

Actively assist in the coordination of the timely and accurate execution of all asset protection initiatives as per company standards

Effectively use store communication systems as a vehicle for asset protection initiatives

Detect and arrest shoplifters and complete related documentation

Execute asset protection procedures to reduce shortage and provide customer service

Assist our Asset Protection Investigators

Qualifications

Natural problem‑solver who is responsible and dutiful

Proactive and solution‑oriented, with a can‑do attitude

Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends if needed

Detail‑oriented and proficient with systems

Valid US Security Guard License required

Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal / civil proceedings
