Requirements
Professional experience, talent and skill running the daily operations and sales for Bavarian Motor Repairs
Natural leadership skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to take charge of advisor duties and responsibilities with accountability and effective communication
Punctual, friendly, and informative communication
Daily Tasks
Estimate service and repair, ensuring accuracy and profitability with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and honesty
Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (our Standard of Excellence)
Analyze and improve current operating procedures
Remain flexible, anticipate change, and create positive outcomes

Minimum 5 years of automotive customer service experience
Current knowledge of automotive systems and parts (BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, and MINI preferred)
Ability to type at an above‑average level/speed
Personal schedule availability and drive to run the daily operations at Bavarian Motor Repairs
