This person is responsible for performing medium‑to‑high complex assembly operations to produce a variety of planar‑based biosensors for core analyzers. The position requires the operator to utilize automated dispensing systems to manufacture our amperometric sensor subassemblies. Under general supervision, this person will also perform complex assembly operations to produce prototypes and pilots for engineering as required. Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently and have a strong attention to detail.

What you’ll do
Ability to work with various epoxies, solvents and chemicals as required.
Requires a high level of attention to detail through all aspects of the assembly process.
Must have the ability to work under a microscope for extended time periods.
Must be able to operate all process equipment but not limited to, auto dispensers, pipettes, laser cutters, electroplating equipment.
Ability to understand assembly procedures, drawings, verbal instructions and related documentation to assemble various products. Must have ability to communicate issues clearly to management and engineering. Other functions may include prepping sensor cards, assembling sensor cards, UV epoxying, and packaging.
Person must be versatile and be able to work alternately in a seated or standing position.
What we are looking for in you
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
A strong attention to detail.
QSR/ISO Regulations; AP, TP, 01, and OP training are a plus.
Candidate is required to have (I‑3+) years in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements for this role include:
Alternating between standing / sitting/ crouching/ stooping
Fine/ Gross motor manipulation
Lifting/Carrying up to 15 lbs. Pushing or pulling up to 20 lbs.
Reaching overhead or below
Repetitive task performance: repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Using foot or leg controls
Ability to wear PPE

Targeted Salary Range:
$25.00 per hour
