The Project Manager II is responsible for managing assigned electric utility construction projects with moderate scope and complexity. This role supports operational execution while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. The PM II works closely with field leadership and regional management to deliver successful project outcomes. What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day execution of assigned transmission and/or distribution projects

Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting

Coordinate with Superintendents and field crews to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently

Monitor job costs, labor productivity, materials, and equipment usage

Review contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance

Assist with change orders, billing, and project documentation

Participate in client meetings and internal project reviews

Ensure adherence to PAR Electric safety, quality, and environmental standards

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–6 years of project management or field leadership experience in utility or heavy civil construction

Strong organizational and communication skills

Working knowledge of project cost controls and scheduling

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems

Willingness to travel to project sites as required
