Positions & Responsibilities

Production Associate

– supports the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations to maximize proceeds, working under pricing guidelines and maintaining an efficient flow of donations for a smooth customer service experience.

Donation Attendant

– greets and thanks donors, accepts donations, keeps the production area organized, sorts donations as they come in, and delivers excellent customer service to donors and team members.

Sales Floor Associate

– organizes the sales floor, helps customers find what they’re looking for, serves as an ambassador for Goodwill, and provides outstanding customer service.

Cashier

– builds relationships with customers, accurately rings up sales transactions, and explains how purchases help people get a job. Customer‑service excellence is key.

Requirements

One‑year experience in customer service, retail, or production is preferred.

Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer‑service mindset.

Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while maintaining customer‑service standards.

To determine placement within the salary range, Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria.
