Job Title Administrative Assistant

Job Description Provide advanced administrative support to the team, leveraging 6-10 years of experience to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes. The role involves independently managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, optimizing time management and prioritizing critical tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow‑up actions with meticulous attention to detail.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision‑making and strategic planning.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.

Essential Skills

6-10 years of experience in administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong skills in calendar and schedule management.

Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in organizing meetings and events.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment This position is onsite at the Energy Center.

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
