Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Bronx GEAR UP INSPIRES (Impactful New Strategies for Persistence, Improvement, Resilience, and Engagement for Students) is a brand-new seven-year initiative helping students build confidence and plan for college.
You’ll be the mentor teens trust as they take on big decisions about their future. Workshops, college trips, and one-on‑one coaching—your days will be full, dynamic, and rewarding.
You’ll Get To
Coach students in large and small groups
Lead workshops on study skills, goal‑setting & college readiness
Take students on college and career exploration trips
Build relationships with families and school staff
What You Bring
A minimum of three years of relevant experience mentoring, tutoring, advising, or working with youth
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A positive energy that motivates students
Flexibility + reliability in a fast‑paced school environment
Earned Bachelor’s Degree
