Founded in 1967, Keeler launched as a small Mercedes-Benz dealership with only SIX employees. Our dealership serves as the main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department. Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm Hourly Range:

starting at $20 per hour, based on experience At Keeler Collision, we provide quality customer service to drivers involved in an accident or incident. This service representative and receptionist position will be responsible to coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and rental car companies. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Follow up on insurance claims, and facilitate communication between customers and repair technicians. Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation related to repairs, inventory, and customer interactions. Organize and schedule consultations and appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the administrative processes Process invoices, payments, and billing, and manage accounts receivable/payable. Skills : Proficient in CCC preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and team player attitude Requirements : Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to and from work Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal Time 401K Plan with Employer Contribution ---All inquiries will be kept confidential.---
