Overview
ENERCON Federal Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Quality and Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the compliance and consistency of documents, ensuring they meet the quality assurance requirements set forth by the project plan. As a key part of the project team, you will also manage document control processes and perform technical editing as needed to support quality and operational excellence. This exciting role offers flexibility in the following locations:
Kennesaw, GA
Kennewick, WA
Responsibilities In this role, you’re the quality champion behind the scenes—ensuring every document is clear, accurate, and on time. From collaborating with teams to refining systems, your work keeps projects sharp, compliant, and moving forward.
Review & Verify Documents : Manage all documents ensuring to check for completeness, formatting, and consistency with project requirements
Collaborate : Work with internal teams to correct any errors/omissions and improve document quality
Document Control : Monitor document workflows and approval processes ensuring timely and accurate completion
Perform Technical Editing : Act as the editor for documents as needed to ensure clarity and consistency
Review : Monitor QA forms to ensure they are complete and correct, consistent with quality program requirements
Recommend & Implement : Develop and help to implement improvements to document control systems
Ensure Compliance : Verify all documents follow internal project documentation standards and quality program requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in technical, business administration or management or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with information systems such as SharePoint
Understanding of project documentation standards and quality program requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in a project-driven environment (e.g., engineering, construction) preferred
Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, preferably NQA-1 preferred
Knowledge of BlueBeam and Adobe Acrobat preferred
Pay Range USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
