As a

Manufacturing Technician , you’ll be part of the team responsible for the compliant execution of manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment, strictly following cGMP standards, safety guidelines, and all applicable regulations. You’ll gain experience with both manual tasks and advanced automated equipment in inspection, filling, and packaging operations.

What you’ll do What You’ll Do:

Complete Cleaning, Gowning, and Manual Visual Inspection qualifications.

Perform manual and automated fill/finish operations from equipment preparation through product inspection and packaging.

Operate equipment such as autoclaves, syringe filling machines, semi‑automatic inspection machines, and packaging systems.

Carry out manual activities like equipment cleaning, room sanitization, component replenishment, and packaging.

Ensure the production area meets the highest readiness standards.

Participate in document updates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support equipment and facility recovery activities, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, cGMP, and work rules to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Qualifications and need-to-know Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Two years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or aseptic/inspection/packaging a plus.

Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Self‑motivated with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Basic math skills and comfortable performing calculations from batch records.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email) preferred.
