Manager, Product Management - Core Banking Platform

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Capital One’s Core Banking platform organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in two key missions: building our state-of-the-art Core Banking platform and helping our Lines of Business (LOBs) onboard to this new ecosystem.You will specifically lead efforts within the team developing "Smart Ledger" components and services. Your work will deliver the foundation for a reliable, scalable, and functionally robust banking platform that powers the entire company.**Key Responsibilities*** **Product Strategy & Roadmap:** collaborative ownership of the product roadmap, managing priorities to ensure the delivery of high-value features.* **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with a cross-functional team of Lines of Business stakeholders, as well as Risk and Compliance partners, to align on business goals.* **Requirement Definition:** Translate complex business use cases, operational pain points, and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product stories and specs.* **Execution:** Work hand-in-hand with Engineering partners to drive the development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of "Smart Ledger" capabilities.* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
