Role Overview
The Buyer/Analyst, College supports the College Fan Vertical’s hyper‑local merchandising strategy by providing analytical, operational, and execution support to the College GM team with dual responsibility across buying and business analysis. This role will be central to identifying, sourcing, and launching compelling partner‑specific product stories, while delivering business insights and reporting.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Execute buys for hyper‑local college partner programs and hot markets by analyzing demand, sales, and inventory data to inform buying and replenishment decisions
Assist with order creation, maintenance, and tracking to ensure accuracy and alignment with forecasts and commitments
Support seasonal and in‑season reporting, including sell‑through, inventory health, and open‑to‑buy analysis
Build vendor relationships across owned and third‑party brands
Support product development and launch processes, including partnering with Business Management to develop marketing strategies
Lead recurring product business reviews and performance recaps
Create and maintain performance trackers, report cards, dashboards, and calendars to support key College milestones, KPIs, and deadlines
Support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of college programs
Deliver recurring reports that drive decision‑making across the College Fan Vertical
