FritoLay's Merchandisers are essential to keeping stores stocked and customers satisfied. As a Merchandiser you will manage the full line of FritoLay products—Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos and others—in supermarkets and large grocery stores. This entry‑level role offers growth opportunities within FritoLay and PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Drive personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to multiple store locations.
Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise them throughout the store.
Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customer assignments (potential for varied schedules).
Leverage a company‑issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
Qualifications
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Work a physical shift, often outside and on your feet for the duration of the shift.
