SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Location:
University of Wisconsin La Crosse – 1725 State Street, La Crosse, WI 54601.
Schedule:
Full time or part time. Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, days may vary. Details discussed at interview.
Pay Range:
$20.00–$23.00 per hour.
Requirements:
3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Description:
Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are completed.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and maintain unit quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Act as the primary contact for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
Mentor, develop, and encourage employees for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
