Embark on a serene journey as a Beauty Host with L’Occitane. Your expertise will enhance the physical beauty of customers and engage their senses in a tranquil experience, creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space. You will choreograph an experience that lingers in the memory of everyone entering our iconic yellow doors.
Responsibilities
Be the Host: Greet every guest as if they were a cherished guest, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
Prioritize Guest Experience: Anticipate guests’ needs and strive to exceed expectations.
Keep an Open Mind: Welcome feedback, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth‑oriented mindset.
Let Success Drive You: Support store operations, policies, and procedures, take initiative, solve problems and put customers’ needs first.
Foster a Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship and encouragement, cultivating a positive, inclusive team culture.
Communicate with Care: Collaborate and vary communication styles to match individual personalities within the team.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and creative problem‑solving ability.
Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales‑driven environment.
Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
Basic technology skills.

Pay range:
$18.26 - $21.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
