We are looking for a
“Quality Assurance Specialist”
to join one of our clients.
Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the supplier management program by maintaining accurate data, documentation, and systems. This role works closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to monitor supplier performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product quality and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage supplier documentation, data, and tracking systems.
Communicate with suppliers regarding quality agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Track, monitor, and elevate supplier performance and product quality issues as needed.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Legal, and Purchasing to resolve supplier-related issues.
Maintain the global approved supplier list and prepare supplier exception reports.
Review label and allergen information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support management with reporting, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
Education & Experience:
B.S. degree in Science, Business, or a technical field required.
5–7 years of experience in quality, customer support, business, or project coordination preferred.
