Vehicle Acquisition Agent
to join our winning team. This role is critical in helping us source high-quality vehicles directly from private sellers, service drive customers, and inbound seller leads. If you’re competitive, driven, and skilled at building relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to help fuel our inventory growth.
Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with private sellers through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead follow-up.
Engage with service drive customers to generate appraisal opportunities.
Build trust and rapport with potential sellers to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and valuations.
Complete purchase transactions with professionalism and transparency.
Consistently hit acquisition targets while representing the Oakes Auto Group brand.

Qualifications
Previous sales, acquisition, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Organized and detail-oriented in completing purchase transactions.
