What You'll Do:
Greet employees, visitors, and/or vendors entering the location and provide a welcoming and professional presence.
Conduct screening procedures of individuals entering the facility, which may include verifying identification, checking credentials, and observing for prohibited items, in accordance with site‑specific policies.
Monitor access points to help deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity or violations of site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following Allied Universal and site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security‑related matters.
Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or security‑related concerns as required by site guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.
Follow emergency response protocols as needed, supporting the security‑related needs of the location.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
