Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, residents, callers, and staff prioritizing empathy and effective communication Ensure security by actively monitoring door alarms and following proper sign in/sign out procedures Maintain organization and correspondence of reception area, through sorting mail, answering phone calls and email, and scheduling appointments Support administrative staff as directed What is required of you?
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with Microsoft 365 Experience in customer service/reception is a plus! What we can offer you!
