Wildflower Seed Warehouse Help Needed (Part Time, Seasonal) (Transportation)

This is a seasonal, onsite warehouse role running approximately January through April, perfect for someone looking for reliable winter work with a supportive team and flexibility in how your workday is structured.
About American Meadows For over 30 years, American Meadows has helped people grow wildflowers, pollinator habitat, and sustainable landscapes. From backyard gardeners to large-scale restoration projects, our seeds help bring beauty and biodiversity to communities nationwide. When you join our warehouse team, you’re playing a hands‑on role in spreading wildflower joy across the country.
Schedule & Flexibility Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
We can accommodate a set, predictable PT schedule arrangements in advance, such as:
Half days
3 Full days
We simply ask that you can commit to a minimum of 16 hours a week and that any schedule flexibility is agreed upon ahead of time and remains consistent. Don’t see your schedule here - just ask!
What You’ll Do You’ll be part of a friendly, hands‑on warehouse team helping ensure wildflower seeds arrive accurately and on time. Depending on the day, you may:
Work in Production, operating seed processing equipment (well train you)
Support Made‑to‑Order (MTO) work by bagging custom wildflower blends
Help in Fulfillment, picking and packing seed orders with care
Assist Shipping, getting finished orders out the door efficiently
Nomatterthe task, your work helps gardeners across the country grow something meaningful.
What We’re Looking For
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Attention to detail and pride in doing work well
No prior warehouse or gardening experience required; we provide training and support.
