Shipping and Receiving Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing shipments and receiving deliveries within the warehouse, utilizing SAP and Excel for scheduling and data entry, and handling packaging and other warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and receive deliveries using SAP and Excel.
- Manage FedEx and UPS deliveries efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and perform hands-on packaging tasks.
- Execute general warehouse duties as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory using Excel.
- Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory with WMS and RF scanners.
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
- Strong proficiency in forklift operation.
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting.
- Experience with RF scanners and material handling.

Work Environment
Work in a medium-sized manufacturing company that produces both edible and non-edible products, in a fast-paced, production-based environment with a focus on communication. The position is for the second shift from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the new Belcamp facility. Employees must wear steel-toed shoes for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
