Responsibilities
Being a great first and last impression
Coordinating the server seating rotation
Providing accurate wait times
Escorting guests to the dining and bar seating areas
Providing information to guests, in person or on the phone
Assisting in bussing tables
Running food from the kitchen to guests (both downstairs and upstairs)
General cleaning and running side work, including sanitation of high touch point surfaces
Responding to complaints and helping resolve them
Other tasks, as assigned
Requirements
Sharp, presentable appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Solid organizational and people skills
Ability to have a positive attitude and work well under pressure
Sense of urgency, good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
Ability to multi-task
