Description This position is an opportunity for a hardworking individual to learn the pest control industry from the ground up. The pest control industry is a growing industry, and our ongoing training will put you at the forefront of a company that is taking off at the same time the industry is expanding and providing well-paying jobs.
Responsibilities
Follow safety protocols established by Aspire Pest Solutions and local health regulations
Prepare and use pest control products in accordance with the label instructions and company policies
Evaluate pest control needs and develop plans to control and prevent pest infestations
Identify and inspect areas of infestation, use traps to track and control pest populations, and recommend preventative measures to the client
Record all work performed in the company records according to established protocols
Qualifications
Experience in a similar industry
Strong communication skills with the office and with customers
A track record of tackling and resolving challenging problems – do you think outside the box?
Possess an independent, strong work ethic and detail-oriented
A team leader who works well with others
Drug-Free / No Vaping
This is a full-time position with ongoing training provided. For a candidate pursuing the technician in training position, we will work with you, get you trained, and help you get ready to get your pest control licenses
Candidates must be local. We will not pay relocation expenses
Compensation $21 - $26 hourly
