Compensation:
- $65–$75/hour equivalent
- Annual salary: $135,200–$156,000, based on 40 hours/week
- W‑2 employee with premium benefits (listed below)
Benefits:
Guaranteed full-time schedule:
40 hours per week, providing consistency and stability.
Overtime compensation:
Paid for any hours worked beyond the standard weekly schedule.
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Three weeks annually (15 days total) –
1 week scheduled at the family’s discretion
and
2 weeks chosen by the employee . PTO can be planned in coordination with the family.
Paid federal holidays (11 total):
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All holidays are fully paid and do not reduce PTO.
San Francisco Paid Sick Leave:
Accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, rolling over yearly up to the city’s cap. Eligible for use after 90 days of employment.
Health insurance stipend:
$500 per month to support personal health coverage.
Annual professional development fund (up to $1,500):
For courses, certifications, workshops, or continuing education to enhance skills and career growth.
Activity and curriculum budget:
Dedicated funds for purchasing educational materials, learning resources, toys, or activity supplies to support child development.
Annual performance-based bonus:

highly experienced, developmentally knowledgeable infant nanny

Tummy time and motor milestone support

Prepare simple, healthy family meals

Ideal Candidate
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a directly related field
RIE training or RIE Foundations (preferred)
