Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
Foster social‑emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem‑solving.
Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
Partner with your co‑teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
Have an awarded High School Diploma/GED.
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
Authorization to work in the United States.
