Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk in/around facilities, spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Qualifications
Experience: Customer‑service‑centered sales environment including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or for other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
