Job Summary:
You will provide support to patients, doctors, and medical facilities by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving billing and payment issues, and ensuring exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message for inbound and outbound inquiries
Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and use available resources to resolve problems
Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues and ensure proper follow-up
Track and document support requests while maintaining accurate records
Update and maintain accurate customer information
Meet performance standards, including quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time
May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members
Skills and Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary:
$35,360 annually ($17 per hour) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses
Benefits:
