Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Mount Vernon location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Process cash and credit card transactions
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
