This role has a strong concierge focus , so passion for guest service and local knowledge is key.
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and set the tone for their stay with warmth and personality
Act as a Nashville insider — recommending music venues, restaurants, bars, events, and neighborhoods
Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest communication with care and accuracy
Handle concierge-style requests including dining plans, directions, transportation, and event recommendations
Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized moments
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and ownership
Maintain a welcoming lobby and common spaces that reflect Bode’s social, laid-back vibe
Uphold brand standards while bringing your own personality to the guest experience
Who You Are
Genuinely passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Knowledgeable (or excited to become knowledgeable) about Nashville’s neighborhoods, food, music, and culture
Friendly, confident, and naturally engaging — guests love talking to you
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Tech-friendly and quick to learn new systems
