What we are looking for: indiGO Auto Group’s Porsche Palm Springs is looking for a
Service Receptionist
team member to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate
Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services
Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
Notify customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup, cashier & close tickets
The opportunity is for you if you have:
Friendly and inviting phone presence
Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
Automotive experience preferred
Pay range for this role is: $21.00/hour - $23.00/hour
