What You’ll Do
Represent Panda Exteriors in your community, helping homeowners improve their homes while saving money and going green
Learn proven sales strategies through our paid training program
Connect with homeowners, understand their roofing and exterior needs, and set appointments for our sales team
Consistently achieve daily and weekly goals with the support of a collaborative team
What’s In It for You
Bi-weekly pay : Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
First-year earnings potential : $75k+
Career growth : Promotion opportunities within 4–6 months (Sales Closer, Team Lead, Sales Manager)

0–2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (we’ll train the rest)

Reliable transportation and a high school diploma (or equivalent)
